About the role
As a Junior Consultant you support international consulting projects in project coordination, planning, analysis, documentation and day-to-day project activities. You work closely with experienced consultants and project teams and gain practical exposure to project management, transformation and client-facing consulting in an international environment. We are looking for someone structured, curious and detail-oriented who wants to build a career in consulting.
Your responsibilities
- Support project coordination, planning and task management
- Assist with project management, change management and organizational development activities
- Support process, stakeholder, risk and time management
- Prepare and document meetings and workshops
- Support workshop moderation and follow-up activities
- Assist with project analysis, effort estimation and OKR tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation
- Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders
Your profile
- Good IT knowledge and a strong analytical mindset
- Structured, accurate way of working with high attention to detail
- Fluent English and a good command of German; further languages are a plus
- Basic knowledge of project management, project planning and evaluation
- Basic understanding of change management, organizational development and process management
- Understanding of meeting and workshop management, moderation and documentation
- Basic knowledge of OKRs and effort estimation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Visio
- Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
- Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in international teams
